For rheumatology practices.
Specialty pharmacy for rheumatology practices
Rheumatology runs on continuity. A biologic only works if the patient stays on it, and the most common reason they do not is administrative. We handle the coverage work for rheumatology practices across the Houston metro so the schedule holds.

The problem we take off your office
Nearly every biologic in rheumatology sits behind step therapy. The plan wants a documented history of what was tried first, for how long, and why it was stopped — and it wants that history in the form the plan recognises, not the form the chart happens to hold it in.
Then the therapy has to be renewed, re-verified at every plan year, and re-authorized whenever the patient's coverage changes. Each of those is a point where a patient quietly falls off treatment and nobody notices until the flare.
We assemble the step history before submitting rather than submitting and waiting to be told, and we track the renewal and re-verification dates so they happen on time.

Why practices refer to us.
What you get, measured where we can measure it
Median referral to delivery
Median two days from the referral reaching us to the medication being delivered.
Repeat referrers
98% of our volume comes from practices that have referred to us before.
Inventory you carry
No inventory and no cash risk for your practice. You do not buy the drug or absorb a denial.
A pharmacist answers
A pharmacist answers the phone, not a call centre. Owner-operated, a live person every time.
Fast, and measured
Median two days from referral to delivery. We measure it because a prescriber choosing a pharmacy is really choosing how long their patient waits.
No inventory, no cash risk
We verify benefits before anything moves. Your practice does not buy the drug, does not carry it on the shelf, and does not absorb a denial.
You hear from us at every step
Referral received. Benefits verified. Prior authorization submitted. Delivered. And if we cannot fill it, you will know why, quickly — rather than finding out from the patient.
A pharmacist answers, not a call centre
Owner-operated. When you call, a pharmacist picks up — a live person every time, who knows the case rather than reading it for the first time.
Our own driver
Delivered across the Houston metro by our own driver, not handed to a carrier and hoped for.

Rheumatology FAQ
The plan wants step therapy documentation we have to dig out of the chart. Who does that?
Tell us what the patient has tried and we will work out what the plan needs to see and how it needs to be presented. Where only the prescriber can supply something, we ask once and say exactly what is being asked for and why.
What happens at the start of a plan year?
We re-verify the benefit and redo the authorization where the new plan requires it. January is when patients fall off biologics, and the work has to start before the year turns rather than after a dose is missed.
Does my practice carry the drug?
No. We verify benefits before anything moves and deliver to your office. Your practice does not purchase the product and does not absorb a denial.
Can you take a patient already on therapy with another pharmacy?
Yes. Call first and we will work out what transferring involves for that therapy and that plan before anything moves, so the patient does not end up with a gap in the middle of the transfer.
Anything not answered here, ask Naomi Selevan directly on (346) 350-2000 — a pharmacist picks up.
