For allergy and clinical immunology practices.

Specialty pharmacy for allergy & immunology practices

Immune globulin is the therapy this pharmacy is built around. Our Director of Infusion Services holds the IgCP credential — the certification specific to immune globulin therapy — and immunology referrals are reviewed with that behind them.

Where referrals stall.

The problem we take off your office

Primary immunodeficiency referrals live or die on documentation. Plans want the diagnosis established in a particular way: specific immunoglobulin levels, vaccine response testing, documented infection history. Each plan asks for its own combination, and a referral that arrives without the right one does not get declined so much as it simply stops moving.

Patients on immune globulin also stay on it for life, which means the authorization has to be renewed indefinitely, the benefit has to be re-verified every plan year, and the dose has to be re-justified whenever the patient's weight changes materially.

We know what the plans ask for and ask your office once, up front. The renewal and re-verification dates are then tracked for as long as the patient is with us.

What we handle.

Our part

Diagnosis-specific payer criteria for primary immunodeficiency, assembled before submission
Weight-based dose justification, re-done when weight changes materially
Prior authorization, indefinite renewals and appeals
Benefit re-verification at every plan year change
Review by a pharmacist holding the IgCP credential for immune globulin therapy

You hear from us at every step. And if we cannot fill it, you will know why, quickly — rather than hearing it from the patient.

Fast, and measured

Median two days from referral to delivery. We measure it because a prescriber choosing a pharmacy is really choosing how long their patient waits.

No inventory, no cash risk

We verify benefits before anything moves. Your practice does not buy the drug, does not carry it on the shelf, and does not absorb a denial.

You hear from us at every step

Referral received. Benefits verified. Prior authorization submitted. Delivered. And if we cannot fill it, you will know why, quickly — rather than finding out from the patient.

Owner-operated. When you call, a pharmacist picks up — a live person every time, who knows the case rather than reading it for the first time.

Allergy & Immunology FAQ

What is IgCP?

Immunoglobulin Certified Pharmacist — a credential specific to immune globulin therapy. Our Director of Infusion Services, Naomi Selevan, PharmD, IgCP, holds it, which is why immune globulin referrals get reviewed here rather than passed along.

What documentation will the plan want?

It varies by plan, and that is the problem we exist to solve. Typically immunoglobulin levels, vaccine response testing and a documented infection history, alongside the diagnosis and ICD-10. We establish the specific plan's list before submitting and ask your office for it in a single request.

IVIG or SCIG — can you handle both?

Yes. Which one a plan will cover, and under which benefit, is part of what we establish during benefits investigation.

The patient has been on therapy for years. Does it still need renewing?

Yes, indefinitely, and that is where lifelong therapies most often break. We track the renewal and re-verification dates for as long as the patient is with us.

Anything not answered here, ask Naomi Selevan directly on (346) 350-2000 — a pharmacist picks up.
