For orthopedic and sports medicine practices.
Specialty pharmacy for orthopedics practices
Viscosupplementation is the largest thing we do. Orthopedic practices across the Houston metro send us their gel injection referrals because the product arrives ready to use, the coverage question is already answered, and nothing sits on their shelf waiting to be denied.
Or fax a referral to (346) 350-6100
Where referrals stall.
The problem we take off your office
Buy-and-bill is where orthopedic practices lose money on viscosupplementation. You purchase the product, you carry it, you inject it — and then you find out the plan wanted a different one, or wanted a documented trial of something else first, or will not cover a repeat course yet. The practice absorbs that.
The plans also disagree with each other about which hyaluronic acid product they prefer, how many injections a course may contain, and how long must pass before another course. Keeping that straight across every payer a busy orthopedic office contracts with is a full-time job nobody in the practice has time for.
We take that off the practice entirely. We verify the benefit and confirm what the specific plan prefers before anything moves, and the product is delivered to your office ready for the appointment. You do not buy it and you do not absorb a denial.
What we handle.
Our part
You hear from us at every step. And if we cannot fill it, you will know why, quickly — rather than hearing it from the patient.
What we dispense for you.
Therapy classes we work in orthopedics
Hyaluronic acid viscosupplementation
Gel injections for knee osteoarthritis — single-injection and multi-injection courses, in the product the patient's plan prefers.
Corticosteroid and other injectables
Where a plan routes them through a specialty pharmacy rather than through the practice's own stock.
Bone health infusions
Infused therapies for osteoporosis prescribed out of orthopedic and sports medicine practices.
Medications we dispense.
2 we dispense for orthopedics
The list below is the infused side of what orthopedic practices send us. We dispense hyaluronic acid viscosupplementation as our largest line and have not published product names here, because which gel we supply depends on what the patient's plan prefers — that is the first thing we check. Call us and we will tell you what we can source for your patient.
Not a stock check. Call before you send a prescription and we will confirm what we can source for your patient and which product their plan prefers. (346) 350-2000.
Why practices refer to us.
What you get, measured where we can measure it
Median referral to delivery
Median two days from the referral reaching us to the medication being delivered.
Repeat referrers
98% of our volume comes from practices that have referred to us before.
Inventory you carry
No inventory and no cash risk for your practice. You do not buy the drug or absorb a denial.
A pharmacist answers
A pharmacist answers the phone, not a call centre. Owner-operated, a live person every time.
Fast, and measured
Median two days from referral to delivery. We measure it because a prescriber choosing a pharmacy is really choosing how long their patient waits.
No inventory, no cash risk
We verify benefits before anything moves. Your practice does not buy the drug, does not carry it on the shelf, and does not absorb a denial.
You hear from us at every step
Referral received. Benefits verified. Prior authorization submitted. Delivered. And if we cannot fill it, you will know why, quickly — rather than finding out from the patient.
A pharmacist answers, not a call centre
Owner-operated. When you call, a pharmacist picks up — a live person every time, who knows the case rather than reading it for the first time.
Our own driver
Delivered across the Houston metro by our own driver, not handed to a carrier and hoped for.
In network
In network with the major Part D, Medicare Advantage and commercial plans.

Orthopedics FAQ
Does my practice still have to buy the gel?
No. That is the point of sending it to us. We verify the benefit, obtain the authorization and deliver the product to your office. Your practice does not purchase it, does not carry inventory, and does not absorb a denial.
How do you know which product the plan wants?
We ask the plan before anything ships. Payers differ on which hyaluronic acid products they prefer and on how many injections a course may contain, and that answer changes by plan and by year. Confirming it up front is cheaper for everyone than discovering it after the injection.
How quickly does it arrive?
Our median is two days from the referral reaching us to the medication being delivered. Where a plan requires a prior authorization with step history, it depends on how fast that plan moves — we will tell you where it stands rather than leaving you to guess.
What if the patient has had a course before?
Tell us when, and we will check the plan's repeat-course rules before anything moves. Plans set their own intervals, and a course delivered too soon is a denial waiting to happen.
Who injects it?
Your practice does. We are a pharmacy — we source, verify, prepare and deliver. The treatment happens in your office, at your appointment, with your clinician.
Anything not answered here, ask Naomi Selevan directly on (346) 350-2000 — a pharmacist picks up.
